Return/Exchange of product for change of mind:
If you change your mind, the product must be in original condition of purchase (i.e. not worn and on original tag). Note that we do not accept returns for Sale Items.
To return your item online:
Click here to download the Returns/Exchanges form and fill out the details, and return your item to: In the unlikely event that we are out of stock of the product you would like to exchange for, your order will be processed within 72 hours (weekdays).
Please return the item/s in the original packaging to ensure they arrive in original purchase condition.
Return of Faulty Product:
You can return a faulty product (with the exception of Sale Products) to any of our stores by mailing in your product and receipt for a full refund, exchange for the same style, or exchange for another product. If you wish to return the product via our online store, please fill out the Returns/Exchanges Form. Gidgets will process your return within 48 hours of receiving goods (during business hours, see Shipping & Delivery). We will refund your return postage cost from your original payment
